DR. KRAVITZ

Dr. Kravitz is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Dentistry. He received his advanced endodontic education from the University of North Carolina. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Endodontic Specialty degree and Master of Science degree.

Dr. Kravitz is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, Georgia Association of Endodontists, and the Hinman Dental Society. His research has been published in the Journal of Endodontics and he holds an endodontic patent. He donates endodontic care to several charities in the Atlanta area.

Dr. Kravitz has also served three terms as the President of the Georgia Association of Endodontists. He was appointed to the Public and Professional Affairs Committee for the American Association of Endodontists.

DR. MICHELICH

Dr. Michelich is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. He received his advanced endodontic education from the University of Minnesota. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Endodontic Specialty degree.

Dr. Michelich is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association. Northern District Dental Society, Georgia Association of Endodontists and the Hinman Dental Society. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Endodontics and an Honorable Fellow of the Georgia Dental Association.

Dr. Michelich has served as the President of the Georgia Association of Endodontists. He was Chairman of the Department of Endodontics at Emory University and received the Emory Williams Distinguished Teaching Award.

DR. RICKOFF

Dr. Rickoff is a graduate of Tulane University and Howard University College of Dentistry. He received his advanced endodontic education from Albert Einstein Medical Center. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Endodontic Specialty degree.

Dr. Rickoff is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society and the Georgia Association of Endodontists.

He is a recipient of the Louis B. Schatz Award, the Richard Carlos Tatum and Alpha Omega Research Awards and has published several articles in the Journal of Endodontics.

DR. KHAN

Dr. Khan is a graduate of the University of Toronto and University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He received his advanced endodontic education from Albert Einstein Medical Center. He holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Endodontic Specialty degree.

Dr. Khan is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society and the Georgia Association of Endodontists.

During his tenure at the University of Louisville, he was a Dean’s Scholar and admitted into the Beta Delta Honorary Society and the Delphi Society for Academic Excellence.
